TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- For accidental damage or liquid damage repair, 7 working days turnaround time is needed for standard repairs for West Malaysia and 10 working days for East Malaysia.
- Irreparable device will be replaced with like for like unit.
- For robbed or snatched theft, approximately 24 hours approval time is needed and device will be replaced with like for like unit.
- Manufacturer warranty will be void after claim via DirectD Care or DirectD Premium.
- DirectD Care and DirectD Care Premium is covered for one year upon from the date of purchased of device from DirectD.
- Insurance premium is based on retail price of the insure phone.
- Excess fee is needed in the event of claim (repair & replacement).
- Repaired parts or replaced item will have 3 months warranty.
