Terms & Conditions 

1. This vacation is valid until 31 December 2023.

2. This offer is being provided by the special compliments for your purchase with us, and subjects to the terms and conditions herein.

3. The complimentary accomodation provided in this voucher could be a hotel or resort. However specific resorts CANNOT be requested. Please provide 3 desired travelling dates, at least two weeks apart. Confirmation regarding the dates will be given within 7 working days.

4. This offer is valid for low to mid-season only, i.e. excludes public holidays, weekends and school holidays. However upgrades are possible with a surcharge (from RM50 to RM200 per night) should you wish to travel during peak seasons.

5. This vacation voucher is valid for 2 persons. Accumulation of vouchers for group bookings will not be entertained. A non refundable booking fee of RM100 will be required at the time of booking. This voucher or any part this voucher may not be redeemed for cash and has no cash equivalent either expressed or implied.

6. You are allowed to make amendments to the name, changes of date or destination on the booking with a minimum advance notice of fourteen (14) days from the initial confirmed travelling date. A penalty of RM100 per room will be imposed for any of the above changes.

7. A refundable deposit may be required by participating resorts. Full details will be made available to you at the time of booking.

8. Travel must be booked at least 3 months prior to the desired travel date. Your travel date must not be later than 31 December 2023.

“My vacation to Langkawi early this year was short and sweet. I stayed at Bella vista express and the hotel is great. It is good for sightseeing because it has nice surrounding and opposite the beach. However, it is located quite far from the happening area. My room was good. The food here is ok and suite Malaysian taste buds. The staffs, were very friendly. Overall, a good place for holiday. “My trip was “An Okay Holiday” if I were to give it a title. The Guest Hotel and Spa’s environment was dull, and the beach wasn’t maintained, the best thing there was a Giant supermarket. “I stayed at The Legend Cherating last April. The location was not conducive, very secluded, a 2 points. The staffs were okay so I will give them a 3. Breakfast was okay, I’ll give it a 3. Value for money us a 2 from me. Hotel condition, and room comfort I will give a 1 as it was too plain for my standards. Overall, I give The Legend Cherating 3/5 marks and I will never recommend this hotel to others. For Rewards And You Customer Service, I give them 5/5 marks as she was very helpful with my booking”.
