As our customer, we would like to provide the best service for your convenience. For our online sales, we are currently providing the following payment methods.

DirectD - Online Payment via ipay88

1. For transaction using online Payment, you will be redirected to iPay88 portal to complete the transaction.
2. You then can select to use credit / debit card (VISA / MASTERCARD) or use online banking via FPX.
3. After payment complete, you will be redirected to DirectD website.

DirectD - Payment via GRABPAY

1. Payment via grabpay is for purchase below RM1000 (total cart) only.
2. Grabpay method might not be available / succesful for promotion / on sale items.
3. You will be redirected to grabpay portal. Kindly key in your phone number and proceed with the step.
4. Please take note that the limit is subject to grab terms and conditions.
5. Once payment complete, you will be redirected to DirectD website.
   
   

PayLater by GrabFinance

Where available, you can also pay on a deferred basis, by selecting the "PayLater" payment method on our homepage. In this case, we will grant to you deferred payment terms such that you shall only be obliged to pay us, on an interest-free basis the price of the order, less all or part of the price of the order using an e-gift card, wallet credit or a promotional voucher, where applicable (including delivery costs, where applicable) (such order amount, the "Receivables") by the date falling on the 7th day of the subsequent month after the month in which a successful payment is submitted by you in respect of an order (the "PayLater Payment Deadline").Where you have selected the "PayLater" payment method, you agree that: 

1. we may sell and assign such Receivables due from you to us to GFin Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("GFin"), any of its affiliate companies, or such other third party as we may approve. You will be notified upon such assignment whereupon you shall be required to pay such assignee the Receivables under the same payment terms made available to you by us under the "PayLater" payment method;

2. we may provide your personal information, including but not limited to your name and contact information, to our assignee to facilitate payment by you to our assignee; and

3. if you fail to make eventual payment under the "PayLater" payment method to our assignee by the PayLater Payment Deadline, our assignee and/or any person acting on our or their behalf (including us or its affiliate companies) may take such steps as are necessary to enforce payment by you.

For the avoidance of doubt, the "PayLater" payment method is made available to you wholly on a discretionary basis and there is no guarantee that any selection of the "PayLater" payment method will be successfully approved or processed.

DirectD - Offline Payment

1. To complete a transaction using Offline Payment, you are required to make payment only via Cash Deposit to our bank account.
2. Once payment has been made, you will need to upload your proof payment (Bank Slip, Receipt, etc).
3. If you are not sure on how to upload, we have a guide ready for your reference.

Installment Plan without Credit Card (Available for Walk In Purchase only)

1. Through an established financial institution, DirectD offers all customers to purchase phone, tablet or accessories via installment plan, even without credit card.
2. The requirements are as followed:
   1. Malaysian citizen
   2. Working for at least 12 months
   3. Salary minimum of RM1,000.00
   4. Able to provide office number
   5. Not blacklisted by any financial institution
3. If you meet the above requirements, please submit the following documents to us:
   1. Photocopy of IC
   2. Latest / updated bank statement
   3. Latest pay slip
4. Installment can be made for 12, 24 or 36 months only.
5. Minimum purchase of RM1000 (total) is required.
6. There will be an interest charged into every month installment fee of 1.2 - 1.5%, depends on loan amount.
7. Applicants will be informed once the request is successful and can come to our outlet (Subang Jaya or PJ Gadget Mega Store) to collect the item purchased.
8. All decisions regarding the applications are final and not negotiable.

0% Installment Plan with Credit Card (EPP)

1. We support installment with Credit card (VISA / Mastercard / AMEX) for most of major banks in Malaysia.

2. The list of banks are as followed:
   1. Maybank (online and walk in)
   2. Hong Leong Bank (online and walk in)
   3. HSBC
   4. Ambank
   5. Public Bank
   6. UOB
   7. Bank Rakyat
   8. OCBC
   9. Standard & Chartered
   10. CIMB Bank
   11. Affin Bank
   12. Aeon Bank

3. Installment is between 6 months and 12 months. 18 & 24 months installment period are only applicable for selected bank at selected amount only.

4. Installment is available for product, brand or model that has an accumulated amount of RM500 to RM999 (6 months). RM1000 above (12 months).

5. There is no additional charges to participate in this 0% EPP

   - Participants are entitled to purchase at the recommended retail price however, will not be entitled to receive extra freebies along with purchase, cash discounts, sale items, promotion items.
   - Participants are allowed to take part in lucky draws, if any.
   
   
6. All payments made via EPP is not refundable. However you may opt for store credit that valids for up to 18 months.

7. All decisions regarding the applications are final and not negotiable.

Payment Methods for Sales Item

All on sale items/discounts/items with extra free gifts are valid for payment via cash, online transfer, debit card, credit card (One time swipe), charge card such as AMEX, eWallet such as GrabPay (not including Grab paylater), Boost, Touch & Go.
